for grad night 2018 attendees
- Check in at Patrick Henry High School, Saturday June 9, 2018 begins at 12:00 noon sharp. Buses depart at 1:00 p.m. sharp. If you are late, you may be left behind and there will be no refunds, nor will private and/or alternate transportation to Disney California Adventure be permitted.
- We recommend that Students be dropped off at Patrick Henry and cars not left in the school parking lot or nearby neighborhood. If you park in the lot or on the streets, it will be at your own risk.
- Students should return to Patrick Henry High School at approximately 4:30 – 5:00 a.m. on Sunday June 10, 2018.
- Student must bring a photo ID, ASB card or Driver’s License.
- No outside food or liquid of any kind will be allowed on the buses. Water will be provided.
- To ensure a safe environment, SDPD may be present to assist with check-in. Please note that prior to boarding the buses, personal items will be searched, you may be breathalyzed, encounter a pat-down search, and/or be in the presence of a search-dog.
- Line-up with whom you want to sit with on the bus. There will be no bus changing once you load. You will ride on the same bus up and back.
- No bag of any type larger than 8 ½ inches x 11 inches will be permitted. No backpacks, briefcases, camera bags, tote bags, and oversized bags larger than 8 ½ inches x 11 inches. Acceptable: Small purses, small fanny packs, cameras, cell phones .
- There will be an additional security check-in by Disney California Adventure personnel before entering the park.
- The Grad Night 2018 committee and Patrick Henry High School are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Only Patrick Henry High School Class of 2018 graduating Students may attend. Students on the LOP (Loss of Privileges) list may not be eligible to participate.
- All Students are expected to behave appropriately and responsibly and abide all rules and regulations. If a Student disregards the rules and/or regulations, parent/guardian will be contacted to pick up Student at the expense of the parent/guardian.
- Grad Night 2018 is not a right, required, or a school sponsored event and it is up to the Grad Night 2018 Committee’s discretion to accept or refuse a Student.
- If a Student becomes ill or requires immediate dismissal from the event, the parent/guardian will be contacted to pick up Student.
- Neither Students nor parents may drive to or from the event (except for unexpected pickups). Only Students and predetermined chaperones that are transported by designated buses will be allowed entrance to Grad Night 2018.

- BEHAVIORS AND ACTIVITIES NOT TOLERATED: Inappropriate touching or physical aggression of any kind, failure to comply with a request of a Disney Cast Member (Cast Members are trained to direct Guests for optimal safety and to comply with Disney standards o f conduct), inappropriate language (including profanity) and disruptive or offensive behavior, for your safety and that of others, please refrain from running, theft or vandalism, line jumping/cutting in attraction queues, failure to comply with attraction safety rules, the distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind, photography, videotaping or recording of any kind for commercial purposes, feeding any animals in the parks, including birds. If a Student or chaperone is a witness to inappropriate behavior, we ask that a California Adventure Resort Cast Member or security personnel be notified immediately. Students or chaperones not following guidelines will be dealt with at the discretion of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
- PROHIBITED ITEMS: The use, presence or possession of alcoholic beverages or any illegal /controlled substances, unauthorized prescription medication and/or prescription medications not previously listed on the attached Medical Information & Authorization F orm, glass containers of any size or type, all outside food and liquids, including water bottles, weapons or knives of any kind, or objects that appear to be weapons, chemical irritants, laser pointers or other items deemed potentially harmful or disruptiv e, tobacco, cigarettes, vape pens, vaporizers and electronic cigarettes, lighters, matches, pipes of any kind, selfie sticks (hand - held extension poles for cameras and mobile devices), suitcases, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels larger than 8 ½ inches x 11 inches, large tripods, recreational devices such as drones, remote control toys, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, no sharp or pointed accessories that may cause injury including spiked style jewelry or belts. Admission to Disney California Adventure will be denied if student is not in compliance.
- LOCKER RENTALS: Lockers are available for rental while space is available. Locker fees range from $7 to $15, depending on locker size. Students and chaperones attending Grad Night 2018 should use the lockers located in Disney California Adventure Park. The Grad Night admission ticket does not include locker rental fees.
- DRESS CODE: Students will not be admitted on the bus without the appropriate attire. There will be no exceptions. We assume no responsibility for any Student not meeting the dress code and being denied on the bus or admittance to the Park. Clothing that could be deemed inappropriate or offensive for a family environment will not be permitted; DO NOT wear them. Students should also bring a jacket/sweatshirt as it may be warm during the day, but maybe cold in Anaheim at night. Each student will be provided with a copy of th e Disney California Adventure Dress Code prior to Grad Night 2018 and will be expected to follow Disney California Adventure dress code.
